1. Do you ship to other countries? Yes, we can ship to most countries. International shipping is quoted on an individual basis. See details under Shipping tab in footer of website page.
2. How do I return an item? Please see our return policy listed in the footer of our website page.
3. Who pays for shipping if I want to return something? We will pay for shipping only on damaged items, or incorrect items shipped. In short, only if it is our mistake.
4. Can I return something that has been personalized? Personalized items cannot be returned unless they were incorrectly personalized. In short, only if it is our mistake.
5. Does your flat fee shipping cover my entire order or is it per item? Our flat fee shipping covers your entire order regardless of how much you order, whether it is $1 or $1000.
6. I don't see any fees for personalization, how much does it cost to personalize an item? Personalization is always free.
7. How much time to I have to return an item? Items can be returned within 14 days for most items, 10 days for jewelry and any type of headpiece or veil. If you are unhappy with your purchase you are required to notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
8. What is your shipping address for returns? If you need to return an item please email us for an RMA number. (See Returns in footer) We will give you an address with your RMA number in which to return your item.
9. Why do I have to give you my email or phone number? We ask for this information so we can contact you if there is a problem or a question we have about your order. We take privacy seriously and do not give out or sell this information ever.
10. Do you sell gift cards? We currently do not have a system to offer an actual card, however we can send you a coupon code in the amount you would like to give by email which you can print out and give as a gift. Please contact us if you are interested in giving a monetary gift such as this and we will create a special item for you in which to purchase it.
